Physis recommend 2000mg from 2 tablets daily, taken morning or evening with a glass of water. Physis Original Indian Winter Cherry Ashwagandha tablets can be consumed on either a full or empty stomach.
For the most effective long term treatment, take a break from Ashwagandha every year for one to two consecutive months before returning to normal dosage.
When will you feel the effects?
